Designing the ideal carp landing net is often a big challenge. With a highlight on the rigidity of the handle, the weight itself can increase significantly, while extreme slenderness is in opposition to ideal rigidity. Then there is the Delphin YKONA, a landing net that combines all the mentioned aspects into a pleasantly balanced whole with which you will look forward to every single use after the fight. The rigidity of the YKONA carbon handle is ideal and it can also easily handle capital fish. Nevertheless, its weight is very pleasant even when handled with one hand! Another important prerequisite for a successful landing net is the handling of the arms themselves. Every fisherman knows that sometimes seconds decide. However, YKONA is also an excellent choice in this regard. After a long test of different mounting angles and the diameter of the arm connectors themselves, we have reached a stage where the arms are very firmly seated in the central clutch. At the same time, you can disconnect them with a quick movement over the hundreds. And this is an enormously important feature on the carp landing net! In addition, YKONA offers a net that is durable, light enough, and does not damage the catch! Another advantage is the magnet sewn in the net and its counterpart mounted on the handle. Thanks to this, the net holds nicely in place and will not be released until the fish is picked up. Delphin YKONA is an ideal choice for even the most demanding carp anglers, in addition, packed in a practical portable case.
